Welcome to Four Peaks Therapy, a dedicated pediatric clinic in Apache Junction, AZ, offering specialized Occupational and Speech Therapy services. Our state-of-the-art facility features a sensory gym, ball pit, and calming corner designed to create a fun and effective therapy environment for children.

On this page, you can book a tour of our facility or set up an OT or ST screening for your child. We are currently offering a Grand Opening Deal—$50 per screening! If a full evaluation is recommended, it is available for $200, with the screening fee deducted from the evaluation cost.

For those with an existing evaluation, you can book therapy sessions by emailing us at info@fourpeakstherapy.com or calling us at 480-818-5305. Stay tuned, as scheduled evaluations will be available soon. We accept cash and ESA for evaluations and sessions, while screens are cash-only. Please call us for session pricing and further details.
